Thank you Pam. I have been struggled to understand why my creativity has been stuck. But just recently I've begun taking Artists Dates ( The Artists Way ). Yesterday I had to leave my car for a service and I had 80 mins to walk through some antique stores, and a lovely little book shop.

I really resonate with the imprinting idea, and just being around other creatives. I think I'm in a season where I need to fill my create well. In the padt, just trying to push through when there was nothing there, had been so deiscouraging.

I'm finding that as I'm doing this taking in beauty and joy some of the reasons that I'm stuck are coming to the surface.

Glad to hear that this resonated with you. ❤️ Artists dates are a great way to refuel. It honestly doesn't even matter what you're doing… Because there is creativity and beauty and joy all around us.

I love this concept!! First off, thank you for the gracious nod to my work. I love everything you create...so, when you were speaking about being the observer, it reminded me of watching my Rugby Coach husband and his players. It is an art- the game. There is a play called the "line out", in which a player is lifted into the air to catch an incoming ball... It reminded me of ballet. The grace in which the player goes up and the movement of his (her) hands...it is artful and beautiful...as you said "be the observer"... xoxo

Ooooo I love this example! It shows that you can see beauty and creativity everywhere. It doesn't have to be art related. Thank you for sharing that.
